Causes Of Knee Pain

Most pain is caused by inflammation.  The inflammation can be caused by an imbalance in your body, or it can be caused by an accident.

Once you have an accident and injure the tissue, it becomes inflamed.  Once you have an inflammation, you can easily develop scar tissue.

You can treat the inflammation and damage to the tissue with natural remedies.  My favorite natural remedies are:

  • Bromelain - best natural anti-inflammatory
  • Glucosamine sulfate – helps rebuild the joints
  • Boswellin cream

The constant stress on your joints doing things such as walking up and down stairs or running can cause inflammation.  Most pain is caused by inflammation.  The inflammation irritates the nerves.  Once the nerves are irritated, they can cause the muscles to spasm or go tight.  Once the muscles are tight, that puts more pressure on the joint and it becomes a vicious cycle.

The first thing to do is stop the inflammation.  If you do not stop it, it will continue to irritate the nerve and cause muscle spasms.
